Transactions Overview

Step 1

Click on Transactions in the left navigation bar. This will open the transaction overview page, displaying a table of all transactions.

Step 2

Filter Transactions

  • Click on the Filter buttons to narrow down the transactions based on specific criteria (e.g., Category, Type, Channel, Status, etc.).
  • To reset any applied filters, click on Clear Filters.
Step 3

Search the Transactions

    • Use the Search Fields to find specific transactions by searching within the columns (e.g., Transaction ID, Amount, Date, etc.).
Step 4

Create a Report

    • Once you have filtered or searched for the desired transactions, click on the Create Report button to export the displayed data.
    • Select the preferred format for the report: PDF, CSV, or XLS.

The table below explains the information on the same:

  • Transaction ID: A unique identifier for each transaction.
  • From: The name of the person or entity who initiated the transaction.
  • Amount (N$): The amount of money involved in the transaction, displayed in Namibian Dollars (N$).
  • Payment Category: The type of payment made (e.g. transfer, purchase).
  • Payment Type: The method used for the payment (e.g. Wallet or Card)
  • Channel: The PayToday payment Chanel via which the transaction was initiated.
  • Status: The status of the transaction (e.g., Success, Pending, Failed).
  • Date: The date and time when the transaction was completed.
Payment Channel Description
P2B Person to Business: A payment made from an individual (Person) to a business.
P2F Person to Fuel: A payment made from an individual (Person) to a fuel provider (e.g., petrol station).
SECURE Secure Payment: A transaction made through a secure platform or encrypted system, indicating high security for the transaction.
P2S Person to Secure: A payment made from an individual (Person) to a secure system or service.
WEB Web Payment: A payment made via a web-based platform, typically an online transaction through a website.
W2F Wallet to Fuel: A payment made from a wallet (mobile wallet) to a fuel provider.
W2B Wallet to Business: A payment made from a wallet (mobile) to a business (e.g., for goods or services).
W2W Wallet to Wallet: A transaction between two wallets, where funds are transferred from one digital wallet to another.
U2F User to Fuel: A payment made from a user account to a fuel provider.
U2B User to Business: A payment made from a user account to a business, purchasing goods or services.
B2U Business to User: A payment made from a business to an individual (User) as a refund, payout, or commission.
