Redeem 3-Way Vouchers
VIEWING ALL 3-WAY VOUCHERS
Step 1
Click on 3-Way Vouchers in the left navigation panel
Instruction: To view all 3-Way Vouchers, click on the “3-Way Vouchers” option in the left navigation panel. This will display a table with all available vouchers.
Step 2
View the 3-Way Voucher table
Instruction: The table will display the following information for each voucher:
| Field | Explanation |
|---|---|
| Date | The date when the voucher was created or issued. |
| Account | The account associated with the voucher. |
| Business | The business related to the voucher transaction. |
| Amount (NAD $) | The amount of money associated with the voucher, displayed in Namibian Dollars (NAD $). |
| Transaction Ref. | A unique identifier for the transaction associated with the voucher. |
| Status | The current status of the voucher, indicating whether it is Redeemed or Notified. |
REDEEMING A 3-WAY VOUCHER
Step 1
Click on Redeem in the left navigation panel.
Instruction:To redeem a 3-Way Voucher, click on the “Redeem” option in the left navigation panel. This will open the redemption page.
Step 2
Enter the Mobile Phone Number of the customer
Instruction: In the field provided, enter the mobile phone number of the customer who is redeeming the voucher
Step 3
Click on the Submit button
Instruction:After entering the customer’s mobile number, click the “Submit” button to proceed.
Step 4
Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to the customer’s mobile phone
Instruction:Check the customer’s mobile phone for the OTP and enter it in the field provided. If the customer has not received the OTP, click the Resend link to send the OTP again
Step 5
Click on Redeem to view the voucher and redeem it
Instruction: Once the OTP is entered, click “Submit” to view the voucher details and complete the redemption process
