Payment Requests Summary
Step 1
Click on Requests in the left navigation panel.
Instruction: To view all payment requests, click on the “Requests” option in the left navigation panel. This will open the Payment Requests Summary page.
Step 2
View the list of various payment requests.
Instruction: You will see a list of payment requests, including both Bulk Payment Requests (BPR) and Single Payment Requests (SPR). The table will display the following information for each request:
Field | Explanation |
---|---|
Type | Indicates whether the request is a Single Payment Request (SPR) or a Bulk Payment Request (BPR). |
Total Records | The total number of records or transactions included in the payment request. |
Settled | The total amount or number of requests that have been successfully processed and completed. |
Not Settled | The total amount or number of requests that have not yet been processed or completed. |
File | The file associated with the payment request, often showing the file name or link. |
Date | The date when the payment request was created or submitted. |
Step 3
Click on the Upwards Arrow to take action on a request
Instruction: To take action on a specific payment request, click on the upwards arrow next to the request. This will open a new page with more details about the selected request.
Step 4
View the status of the request.
Instruction: On the new page, you’ll see the status of the request—Settled or Not Settled. If the request is not settled, you can click the Resend button to submit the request for processing again.
